The 1900 U.S. census shows that Barbara had been in the U.S. 21 years, but the “Year of immigration to the United States” column could be 1871 (it’s badly written and contradicts the 21 years value). The 21 years is probably correct, so immigration of 1879; if 1871, then she immigrated at age 10, but her parents didn’t immigrate.
As of 10 Aug 2014 I can’t find anything on the immigration of Barbara Boger. I tried looking for Boger, Roger, Rogers, Bugher.
